Niraj will work closely with Dr. Richard Reiner, the Independent Chair, and the Board to provide seamless support to the Company during this transition and has offered to support the company beyond the transition period if required.<\/h5><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tm-spacer\" id=\"tm-spacer-69eba6184f952\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tm-heading  left tm-animation move-up\" id=\"tm-heading-69eba6184fa30\">\n\t<h5 class=\"heading\" style=\"\">Richard will work closely with the Fluent executive team to provide guidance and oversight immediately while we search for a new CEO.
